About Lenor Ventures
We began with one tool for hearing what people say about brands. Today we build wearables, healthcare software and AI platforms, from offices in Chennai and Bengaluru.
Who is Lenor Ventures?
Lenor Ventures Private Limited turns ideas into products, from safety wearables to AI platforms, and runs enterprise, digital growth, AI and staffing services for businesses and governments. It was incorporated in 2024, has offices in Chennai and Bengaluru, and has been a DPIIT-recognised startup since May 2026.

What “Lenor Is Light” Means in Practice
Two commitments run the company: we earn trust by delivering what we promise, and we innovate only where the problem is real. This is what they mean day to day.
A Team Picked for the Problem
We do not hand work to whoever is free. Each engagement starts from the problem, and the people on it are chosen for it: embedded engineers for a wearable, computer vision specialists for a production line, growth marketers for a brand. The same team stays with the work until it runs.
One Owner, from Research to Payroll
Research, engineering, design and marketing sit inside one company, so a project does not pass between vendors. When we staff a role, payroll and statutory compliance stay with us too. You deal with one owner for the whole job.
Every Product Labelled by Its Real Stage
We say exactly where each product stands, and keep the label current:
- Live: ClinicIQ, in a working clinic since January 2026, and Murmur, on YouTube, X and Facebook.
- Prototype: the Sports Performance Band, and Vanguard’s prototype builds, which we demonstrate in person.
- In development: the Vanguard V1 band, and an AI vision system for a dairy unit.
- Entering clinical trials: Mei Reco.
Technology Chosen per Problem
AI, IoT, wearables and computer vision are tools, not a pitch. Motion sensing reads a footballer’s fatigue and guides a patient’s home exercises. A model reads handwritten clinic registers into checked tables. Another reads sarcasm, emoji and Tamil in comments about a brand. Each was picked because it solved that problem.
Why It All Sits Under One Roof
Because each product teaches the next. The Sports Performance Band’s motion sensing became Mei Reco, and Mei Reco’s Motion Guard now runs inside ClinicIQ. The wearables share one embedded-systems and sensor base, so every new build strengthens the others.
Our Story
Each product taught us something that made the next one possible.
2024
Two Founders, One Company
Lenor Ventures Private Limited is incorporated. Ananth Karthik S brings technology and sales expertise to lead the product divisions; Manav Gupta brings a background in growth marketing.

The First Product
A Tool for Hearing the Public
We set out to build a sentiment analysis tool, so that brands could hear what people say about them and answer in time. That tool is now Murmur, live on YouTube, X and Facebook.

Into Hardware
The Sports Performance Band
A sensor on a football boot took us into wearables and motion sensing, and gave us the embedded-systems base every device since has shared.

January 2026
ClinicIQ Goes Live
ClinicIQ went live in a working clinic and has run in production since, handling appointments, records and revenue from a phone.

May 2026
Mei Reco, and DPIIT Recognition
The band’s motion-sensing work grew into Mei Reco, a guided home-rehabilitation device. The same month, Lenor Ventures was recognised as a startup by DPIIT.

2026
Vanguard
Vanguard’s prototype builds followed: a safety wearable that raises an alert with one press. The V1 band is in development.

Next
AI on the Production Line
An AI camera system that counts every milk packet in every crate on a dairy line, running on site at the plant.
How We Work Together
The culture we are building, in four habits.
Own the Outcome
Work is judged by whether it runs for the client, not by whether a task was closed.
Learn in the Open
What one product teaches is shared across the company. That is how motion sensing travelled from a football boot to a rehabilitation device to a clinic system.
Respect the User’s Moment
Our users are often under pressure: someone afraid on the way home, a clinic with a queue, a brand facing a backlash. We design for that moment.
Expect the Best of Each Other
People rise to what is genuinely expected of them. We set the bar high and say out loud that we believe it can be reached.
What We Think
On Light
Lenor is light, and light is a modest thing. It does not change what is in a room; it lets you see what is there. Good technology works the same way. A clinic owner who can finally see which services pay, a brand that can hear what people are saying, a family that knows where someone is when it matters: the change begins with seeing clearly.
On Patience
Most products fail for want of patience, not ideas. We would rather put an early prototype in front of real people, say plainly what it cannot do yet, and keep going, than announce something finished that is not. That is why every product on this site carries its real stage.
On Building for India
Many of the people we build for speak more than one language, work from a phone rather than a desk, and cannot afford a tool that fails at the wrong moment. Designing for them first makes products that hold up everywhere else.
On Focused Teams
The best work we have seen comes from focused teams who own the whole problem: the client, the code and the result. A team that understands why the work matters will outrun one that only passes tasks along.
