Automation and AI
Approvals, data entry, document work and hand-offs between systems automated, with AI steps where rules alone fall short. Our voice bot runs for more than 400 businesses.
What does Lenor Ventures automate?
Lenor Ventures automates the repetitive steps inside business software: approvals, data entry, document work and hand-offs between systems, including workflows such as vendor quotations linked end to end. We use fixed rules where they work and add AI steps where the input varies, such as a document or a phone call.
What Automation and AI Covers
Automation pays off where people repeat the same steps between the same systems every day: copying figures from email into a spreadsheet, chasing approvals, re-typing documents. We remove those steps so the work moves on its own and people handle the exceptions.
Connected Workflows
Processes such as vendor quotations, linked end to end so each step starts the next.
Approvals and Routing
Requests sent to the right person, with reminders and a record of who approved what.
Data Entry and Documents
Information read from documents and entered into your systems instead of typed by hand.
Integrations
Your existing software connected through APIs, so data is entered once.
Calls into Text
Voice-to-text, so a phone conversation becomes a record a workflow can act on.
Rules First, AI Where Rules Fall Short
Most steps in a business process follow fixed rules: if the amount is above a limit, send it to a manager. We build those as plain rules, because they are predictable and easy to check. We add an AI step only where the input varies too much for a rule, such as a document in a different layout each time or a caller describing a problem in their own words.
We design AI steps so that cases the system is unsure about go to a person rather than straight through.
Proof: a Voice Bot Running for More Than 400 Businesses
We built the voice-to-text bot that runs on a customer-engagement platform for more than 400 of its client businesses. Every call becomes searchable text.
How an Automation Project Runs
Map the Process
We follow one piece of work from start to finish and note every manual step.
Pick the First Target
We start with the step that costs the most time or causes the most errors.
Build and Test
The automated version runs alongside the manual one until the results match.
Hand Over
Your team gets a clear view of what ran, what failed and what needs a person.
How This Differs from AI as a Service and Industrial AI
Automation and AI is about the steps inside your own business software, designed around your process. For a ready AI tool that we run for you, such as a chatbot, document reading or sentiment analysis, see AI as a Service; for work on a physical line, with cameras counting or checking items, see Industrial AI.
Which Steps We Automate, and How
| Handled By | Example | |
|---|---|---|
| Approvals | Rules | Requests above a set amount routed to a manager |
| Data entry between systems | Integrations and rules | Figures entered once and passed to each system that needs them |
| Vendor quotations | Connected workflow | Each step of the quotation process starting the next |
| Documents in varying layouts | AI step with a person checking unsure cases | Handwritten clinic registers read into structured tables, in ClinicIQ |
| Phone calls | AI voice-to-text | Our voice bot, running for more than 400 businesses |
Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of work can you automate?
- Approvals, data entry, document work, hand-offs between systems and workflows such as vendor quotations, along with turning calls into text.
Do we have to replace our current software?
- No. Automation works around the software you already use, connected through APIs. If a gap needs new software, see Custom software.
Do you build voice bots?
- Yes. We built the voice-to-text bot that runs on a customer-engagement platform serving more than 400 businesses.
Where does AI fit in an automated process?
- Only in the steps fixed rules cannot handle, such as reading varied documents or understanding a caller. Everything else runs on plain rules you can check.
