The terms for using lenorventures.com: what the website is for, how you may use its content, and the law that applies.

These terms govern your use of lenorventures.com (the "website"), run by Lenor Ventures Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with offices in Chennai and Bengaluru ("Lenor Ventures", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. About the Website
The website describes Lenor Ventures, our products and our services. It is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a contract. Any work we do for you will be agreed in a separate written contract, which will prevail over anything on the website.
2. Products and Their Stage
We describe each product by its real stage: live, working prototype, in clinical trials or in development. Products that are not live may change, and features described for them are not a promise of availability, price or launch date.
- Health products such as Mei Reco and ClinicIQ do not give medical advice. Mei Reco enters clinical trials in November 2026. Always follow the advice of a qualified doctor or physiotherapist.
- Vanguard is a safety wearable in development. It is not a replacement for emergency services. In an emergency in India, call 112.
3. Using the Website
You may browse the website, and download brochures and documents for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You agree not to:
- break or try to break the website’s security, or test it for weaknesses without our written permission;
- overload the website, or use automated tools in a way that harms its operation;
- copy, resell or republish its content, paintings or design as your own;
- use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful to others.
Search engines and AI assistants may read and quote the website in line with our robots.txt file.
4. Intellectual Property
The website’s text, design, watercolour paintings, photographs, music, software and documents belong to Lenor Ventures or are used with permission, and are protected by Indian and international law. "Lenor Ventures", our logo and our product names are our brands; Mei Reco™ is our trademark. Client logos belong to their owners and are shown to describe our work. You may quote short passages with a link back to the source page.
5. Links and Embedded Content
The website links to, and can show, content from other services such as YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram, and to our products’ own websites. Embedded posts and videos load only when you choose to open them. Other services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Accuracy
We work to keep the website accurate and current, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available, and we may change or remove content at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Lenor Ventures is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and what the website stores on your device.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the website.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, applies to your use from that date.
