A working clinic added ₹1.5 lakh a month in revenue after moving onto ClinicIQ

A private clinic has run its appointments, services, invoices and pharmacy on ClinicIQ, our healthcare operating system, since January 2026. Its monthly revenue rose from ₹5.0 lakh to ₹6.5 lakh after it moved its appointment and service tracking into the app.

Challenge

Many clinics still run on paper registers. Bookings, services, invoices and pharmacy stock sit in different books, so a returning patient's history is slow to find and the owner cannot easily see which services bring in money.

The clinic needed one place to run the day, on the phones and tablets its staff already carry, and a clear view of revenue by service.

Solution

ClinicIQ is Lenor Ventures' own clinic management app, built with a practising doctor on the team. The clinic moved its appointment and service tracking into it in January 2026.

  • Bookings in about 30 seconds: search by phone number and returning patients fill in automatically.
  • Invoices generated and shared as PDFs, with payments tracked in one tap.
  • Services and pharmacy recorded against each visit, with prices per sub-service and stock.
  • Six staff roles, each seeing only what the role needs.
  • Actual against expected revenue for every service, with service-wise profit and loss.

Results

Monthly revenue at the clinic rose by ₹1.5 lakh, from ₹5.0 lakh to ₹6.5 lakh, after it adopted ClinicIQ. The clinic handles 384 appointments a month, and ₹47.7 lakh of revenue has been tracked in the app (ClinicIQ records, 2026). One lakh is 100,000 rupees.

Because the owner can now see revenue by service, decisions about which services to promote rest on records rather than memory.

ClinicIQ is also built for Sub Health Centres, with Kannada on every key screen and AI that reads old handwritten registers into structured records.

The clinic also serves as our proving ground: features are tested in daily use before they reach other facilities.
