A commercial interior fit-out firm
A commercial fit-out firm's website now shows the scale of the work it delivers
A Bengaluru fit-out firm that builds offices for global technology brands had a three-page site that made it look like a small contractor. Our digital growth team rebuilt the site around its projects, so large buyers can see straight away that it handles work at their scale.

Challenge
The firm has fitted out offices for several well-known global technology and electronics companies, and its work can be seen across India's commercial property market. Its website did not show this. Three pages of general copy and stock photos gave no sense of who it works for.
Large clients choose a fit-out partner by looking at what it has built. The site gave them nothing to look at.
The firm's directors were winning work through relationships and site visits, but the website could not support those conversations. A prospect checking the firm after a meeting found little to confirm what they had heard.
Solution
The team put the projects first. The new homepage is organised by type of space, such as collaborative areas, common areas and individual workspaces, each shown through photographs of real builds. The writing then explains plainly what the firm delivers.
Each service page states what the firm does, for whom and at what scale, without filler. The case study templates give the team a simple way to add new projects as they finish, so the site keeps pace with the portfolio.
- Homepage rebuilt around project categories
- A positioning line used across the site, pitches and hoardings
- Four service pages with concrete descriptions
- Templates for project case studies
- A wall of client logos
- About and leadership copy
Results
The site now reads at the same level as the work. Large buyers have stopped asking whether the firm can handle projects of their size, because the website answers that before the first call, and the brand looks the same on hoardings, in decks and online.
