A three-decade IT systems integrator
A three-decade IT systems integrator now gets more enterprise enquiries from its website
An IT infrastructure firm with thirty years of enterprise work had a website that showed none of it. Our digital growth team rebuilt the site around the firm's history, and enterprise enquiries rose by 65%.
Challenge
The firm has delivered multi-vendor IT infrastructure across India for three decades, with long client relationships and a great deal of repeat work. Its website said very little of this: stock images, vague service headings and nothing linking its history to what it does today.
Enterprise buyers who had heard a strong pitch in person visited the site, found nothing to back it up, and left.
For an enterprise buyer, a website is often the first check after a meeting and the place they send colleagues who were not in the room. A thin site weakens the case at exactly the moment it needs support.
Solution
The team made the firm's track record the main message rather than a footnote. Its long experience with many hardware makers became the headline credential, and the site structure was cut down to four clear sections so buyers reach what they need in two clicks.
The copy was written to say what the firm's founders say in sales calls, in the same plain terms, so a buyer reading the site gets the same picture they would get across the table. A case study template gives the firm a way to keep adding proof as projects are delivered.
- Homepage redesign with new narrative copy
- Services reorganised into four main divisions
- Company and about copy
- A template for case studies
- Rebuilt contact and lead capture
- A site that works well on phones
Results
Time spent on the homepage doubled, and enterprise enquiries through the site rose by 65%. Buyers now arrive having already seen the evidence the founders used to give only in meetings.
