A premium residential developer
A premium residential developer now holds its price with collateral that matches its homes
A developer of genuinely premium homes was selling them with brochures and decks that looked mid-market. Our digital growth team rebuilt the brand and the full sales kit, and buyers now see a premium product from the first brochure to the site visit.
Challenge
The homes had large floor plans, careful architecture and well-chosen sites. The sales material did not. Brochures looked like any other developer's, presentations leaned on clip art, and hoardings, sales offices and digital channels each told a slightly different story.
Buyers expected one standard and saw another in print. That gap gave them a reason to negotiate hard on price.
In premium property, the material a buyer takes home after a site visit does much of the selling. If it looks ordinary, the buyer compares the project with ordinary projects, and price becomes the main point of discussion.
Solution
The team first refreshed the brand to suit the price point: restrained type, a clear direction for photography and gold used sparingly. It then built the sales kit around how property is actually sold in India, including share-ready material for WhatsApp, where many conversations close.
Every piece was designed to work together. A buyer who saw a hoarding, opened a WhatsApp share, received a brochure and then sat through a site presentation met the same look, tone and standard at each step. The guidelines document lets the developer's own team and its partners keep to that standard on future projects.
- Logo refresh and brand mark
- Brand guidelines and an application document
- Project brochures for print and digital
- Presentations for site visits
- Templates for hoardings and signage
- Social and WhatsApp share templates
Results
The time taken to qualify a lead halved, and the average price held per unit rose by 15%. With every touchpoint now matching the homes themselves, buyers have less reason to treat the product as ordinary.
