ClinicIQ, the healthcare operating system from Lenor Ventures Private Limited, has gone live at a working private clinic, where it now runs the clinic’s day in production.

Appointments, services, invoices, pharmacy, staff roles and revenue sit in one app on the phones and tablets the clinic’s staff already carry. Returning patients are filled in automatically, so a booking takes about 30 seconds, and the owner can see which services bring in revenue.

“A clinic should spend its time on patients, not on registers. ClinicIQ going live in a real clinic, with real patients and real pressure, is the moment that matters for us. From here, every week of use makes it better.”

— Ananth Karthik S, Co-founder and Managing Director, Lenor Ventures

Built for Sub Health Centres Too

ClinicIQ is also built for government Sub Health Centres, where much of the day still runs on paper. Its intelligent document processing reads photographs of handwritten registers, in Hindi, English or a mix of both, into structured records that staff can check and export.
